Abandoned House Fire Delmar Rd

Stations 9, 14, 5 and 74 alerted for a house fire on Delmar Rd. near Snethne Church. Units arrived to find structure well involved. Deputy 9 Mark White arrived and determined this was an abandoned structure with no exposures and it was decided to control perimiter and allow to burn. Units were placed in service that were not needed. Maryland State Fire Marshal passing by saw the fire and was on location. Units remained on scene and once deemwed safe turned over to property owner.
